The room was very comfortable and I enjoy how spacious the executive room was. There was just an endless amount of space and room for me to get ready and to feel comfortable. The wifi was excellent.

Charlene and Thierry were amazing! Took great care of us, especially of my little one and constantly went above and beyond for us. Really made my little one feel special and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Prado. Great size rooms, great breakfast and lovely atmosphere.

The staff were exceptionally sweet. The two staff members - Samy and Ines - did everything in their power to provide us a comfortable,welcoming and warm stay. They worked above and beyond to provide incredible services for us, e.g. giving recommendations to eat or providing taxis -even when there was a strike. They were extremely nice!!

Friendly staff, good location and excellent breakfast. The major attractions like the old port and Notre-Dame de la Garde can easily be reached by public transportation. Our room was very clean. Good value for money.

Very friendly staff, perfect and very central, close to subway and buses, walking distance from the center. As we are returning to Marseille for short visits regularly this hotel has become our to-go place.
